Terms of agreement
All original photographs/video remain the sole property of the studios. Mendel Meyers Studios does not release any original photographs or video footage. Video corrections for errors only must be submitted within thirty days of receipt of video. Mendel Meyers Studios are the sole photographers and/or videographers at the affair. The studio reserves the right to use reproductions for display, publication and/or other purposes. Copyright: It is illegal to reproduce/copy photographs or video footage elsewhere without the studio's permission. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of this contract, the deposits will be retained as liquidated damages. All albums must be ordered within six months of affair. A 15% APR fee will apply to the balance of any album/s not ordered within the required period. The studio takes utmost care with respect to the exposure, development and handling of the photographs and/or videos. However in the event that the studio fails to comply with the terms of the above contract, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio. Liability will be limited to the refund of deposits.
